Why do Tudor watches look so much like Rolex watches?

I recently walked by a Jewelry and I noticed Tudor and Rolex watches are VERY similar. Some models look exactly the same except for the logo. Why are both brands so similar? Can’t Tudor get sued by Rolex for copying their design?

Tudor was created by Rolex to be more affordable. It has a quality ETA Swiss movement. Rolex has a hand assembled chronometer accuracy rated movement. Both keep good time but Rolex is more accurate.
